“How would you stage a $5.2 million home?” ⁣
⁣
Glad you asked. This is how.⁣
⁣
Luxury staging isn't about filling rooms. It's about matching a level of quality buyers are already expecting the moment they walk through the door. That meant scaling every piece up to match the home's proportions, layering in textures and finishes that read as high-end, and giving each space a clear purpose so buyers could picture their own life at this level without any guesswork.⁣

Sometimes the right few pieces, placed with strategy, take a home from good to unforgettable.⁣
⁣
Set on a rare half-acre lot, this reimagined Winnetka home had five bedrooms and multiple living spaces to work with, so our team focused on the areas that would matter most to buyers walking through by layering in select pieces from our inventory alongside what the homeowners already had.⁣
⁣
The result is a listing that photographs and shows in a way that North Shore buyers remember, without a full-scale install.⁣

A listing that needs to be photo-ready for its big debut? Say less. ⁣
⁣
Designed by award-winning Chicago architect Chip von Weise, this East Ravenswood residence had the scale and warmth to sell itself. ⁣
⁣
But everyday life had left its mark on the bedrooms, office, and living areas, even in a home this sophisticated, so our team walked the property, identified what needed to go, and edited and restyled each space using what was already there. No new inventory. No items removed from the home; just a few hours of focused editing to get the photos ready for market.⁣
⁣
And boy did the photos deliver. ⁣
⁣
This extraordinary home is a reminder that staging isn't one-size-fits-all. Sometimes a sharp eye and the smallest edits can carry significant weight, especially when a home already has good bones to work with.⁣

Leave the styling to us. Save the bangs for a professional too.

Here’s how we make prepping your listing easy:

Consultation | We’ll review photos or walk the property to flag where staging investment matters most: kitchens, baths, entryways, primary bedrooms, etc.

Design Plan | You’ll get an itemized proposal so you know exactly where your budget is going.

Installation | Most projects wrap in a day once approval and access are set.

Flexible Financing | Leasing terms and pay-at-close options mean staging is an investment, not an upfront expense.

De-Staging | After closing, we coordinate removal. No surprises.

Whether the home is vacant or occupied, we tailor the plan to fit. We’ve staged countless properties across Chicagoland since 2011, and our listings average nine days on market from listing to contract, so we’ve got a few things figured out when it comes to prepping a home for the market.

This home in the iconic Tribune Tower didn't need full staging. It needed a strategist.⁣
⁣
With our pre-listing consultation, our team walked the space room by room, offering styling guidance the sellers could act on before it ever went live. A few swaps to bedding and accessories, a fresh eye on layout, and the home was ready to photograph at its best with no major staging required.⁣
⁣
The biggest impact often comes from the smallest edits.⁣

This Bucktown corner doesn't do subtle, so neither did we.⁣
⁣
Four levels of floor-to-ceiling glass, walnut floors, and a curtain-wall facade called for strong staging, not another neutral palette playing it safe next to all that great architecture. ⁣
⁣
We went bolder with art, texture, and scale: sleek furniture to create sophisticated spaces, pops of color to stand up to the steel and stone, and just enough restraint throughout to match the modern Chicago buyer energy.⁣

The pieces are the same, but the solutions are entirely new.⁣
⁣
When we moved this project from Lakeview’s 1729 W George to 1719 W George, the floor plan shifted just enough that nothing could be placed the way it was in the first home.⁣
⁣
The result is a staged space that feels fresh and current, one that plays directly into this floor plan's expansive proportions and highlights the best features of this now-under-contract home, including the oversized windows we knew buyers would love.⁣

Famed architect David Hovey gave us a stunning starting point with this North Shore project: soaring ceilings, walls of glass, and views most people only dream of.⁣
⁣
This duplex penthouse at Optima Views is the crown jewel of Evanston's skyline, with over 3,600 square feet, two private balconies, and views that shift from downtown Chicago to Lake Michigan depending on which window you're standing at.⁣
⁣
Our job wasn't to compete with that. (How can you?!) We made sure every room worked as hard as the architecture and the views did.⁣
⁣
We scaled a sectional large enough to hold its own under the two-story ceilings, designed each room around the home's unique angles and layout, and created micro spaces so this impressive home still feels intimate and warm.⁣
⁣
Every accent, furniture piece, and placement was chosen to match the caliber of the home itself. ⁣
