Kuriosity Robotics are opening team applications for the 2026-2027 First Tech Challenge season. This is a great opportunity to learn from a 5x World Championship qualifying robotics team and to improve your engineering, programming or business skills!

We are open to all grades from 7th to rising 12th. No prior experience is required!

2025 Annual Bay Area FLL SCREAM’MAGE
Join us for the 4th Annual Bay Area FLL SCREAM’MAGE! This spooktacular weekend promises a blend of fun, teamwork, and an opportunity to showcase your robotics skills. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or just starting out, we invite you to participate in this thrilling scrimmage, specifically designed to prepare your teams for the upcoming November tournaments!
The event will take place from October 24-26, featuring three sessions at two fantastic locations.
This collaborative event will be hosted by FTC team Kuriosity Robotics, Bullis Charter School FLL Gold and Blue Teams, and FLL teams Flame Bots, Chill-bots, Hedgedroid, Work in Progress !

The events are for the FLL teams who are competing in November. Priority for rookie teams.
Session A: hosted by Bullis Charter School FLL Gold and Blue Team
Capacity: 10 teams max. (Free)
When: October 24th, Friday Evening, 4:30-7:30pm
Where: Bullis Charter School (North) 102 W. Portola Ave., Los Altos, CA 94022
Session B: hosted by FTC Kuriosity Robotics, FLL Flame Bots, Chill-bots
Capacity: 16-20 teams ( $50 registration)
When: October 26th, Sunday Morning, 8:30am-12pm
Where: 350 Showers Dr, Mountain View, CA 94040
Session C: hosted by FTC Kuriosity Robotics, FLL Hedgedroid, Work in Progress
Capacity: 16-20 teams ( $50 registration)
When: October 26th, Sunday Afternoon, 1pm – 4:30pm
Where: 350 Showers Dr, Mountain View, CA 94040
This is a robot game only scrimmage. One volunteer per team is required.

Welcome to the Lobster Cup International Robotics Competition, hosted by FIRST Tech Challenge teams: Kuriosity Robotics, Turbo V8, Dry Ice, Alphabots, and Team Alpha.
This event will happen on July 27th from 9AM-6PM at the San Mateo County Event Center.
Individual Admission is $15, and will grant access to Lobster Cup and the Robot Faire that we are hosting as well.
Family Admission is $48, and comes with 4 tickets, and will grant access to Lobster Cup and the Robot Faire that we are hosting as well.
