Buss Up Shut (Paratha Roti) Recipe 🇹🇹

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this recipe! How would you put your own twist on it?

Ingredients:
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp baking powder
* 1 ½ cups water (approximately)
* Butter, ghee, or oil for brushing
* Extra flour for sprinkling (optional)
* Oil for cooking
Steps:
 * Prepare the Dough:
 * In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tbsp of baking powder.
 * Gradually add 1 ½ cups of water, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
 * Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
 * Divide the Dough:
 * Section the dough into even pieces (about 6-8 pieces, depending on your desired size).
 * Roll and Brush:
 * Roll out each piece of dough into a circle.
 * Brush with butter, ghee, or oil. Optionally, sprinkle a light layer of flour.
 * Form Cones:
 * Cut a slit from the center to the edge of the dough circle.
 * Roll the dough into a cone shape and tuck in the edges.
 * Rest and Roll Again:
 * Allow the dough cones to rest for about 15 minutes.
 * Roll each cone out again into a thin circle.
 * Cook on Skillet:
 * Heat a cast iron skillet or tawah over medium-high heat.
 * Transfer the rolled-out dough to the hot skillet.
 * Brush with a light layer of oil, flip, brush again, and flip until cooked and golden brown on both sides.
 * Enjoy:
 * Once the layers are released and the roti looks like a torn shirt (hence “Buss Up Shut”), it’s ready to enjoy!

A broken clock is right twice a day.
Queen Elizabeth is dead, But she also insured that Snoop Dogg could tour in the UK when no one else stood up for him. That's pretty weird....

I hope you're all doing well, it's feeling alive around here! Overdressed for the weather and feeling blessed with this burrito 🌯 image caption: Black man with the glasses and a wave cape wears a striped linen shirt, a black cotton blazer, and an oversized denim jacket, and 2 masks, one that has an African batik print and another that is plain white, he holds up a plastic bag with a rotund paper bag of deliciousneaa inside. The sun is very bright and there are neighborhood apartments in the background with a blue sky. He is smiling.

I'm getting inspired seeing these synthetic flowers "planted" in the ground. The tear off flyer reminds me of wilted flower petals too.
