Buss Up Shut (Paratha Roti) Recipe 🇹🇹 I’d love to hear your thoughts on this recipe! How would you put your own twist on it? Ingredients: * 3 cups all-purpose flour * 1 tsp salt * 1 tbsp baking powder * 1 ½ cups water (approximately) * Butter, ghee, or oil for brushing * Extra flour for sprinkling (optional) * Oil for cooking Steps: * Prepare the Dough: * In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tbsp of baking powder. * Gradually add 1 ½ cups of water, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. * Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. * Divide the Dough: * Section the dough into even pieces (about 6-8 pieces, depending on your desired size). * Roll and Brush: * Roll out each piece of dough into a circle. * Brush with butter, ghee, or oil.
