The work don’t stop!

Over the last year, leaders from across the country have been putting in real work to create safer communities, and this week, thanks to Cities United, we had the chance to sit together, learn from each other, and sharpen each other.

What I keep seeing is this:

The answers already exist in our communities.

The challenge is getting people to move together.

Too many folks still focused on ownership.
The communities that are winning are focused on partnership.

Everybody at the same table trying to figure out how we build something that lasts.

Left Greensboro with a full notebook, a grateful heart, and a stronger belief that the future belongs to the cities willing to learn from each other and build together.

Back to work.
