Hey hey peeps! It's that time.
As we mentioned in our previous post, we want to get to know you and what topics are impacting you as members of our community!
The topic for this month is mental health and mental health in sports.
Heavy? We know. So, here are some things to keep in mind as we engage in this topic:
- This is an open and safe space! Feel free to share only what you feel comfortable in sharing. No pressure to contribute.
- There is no wrong or right here! Everyone experiences and moves through life differently, so let's avoid negating others perspectives by approaching it with curiosity and generosity.
- Be respectful and kind -- not only to others but yourself as well. If the items discussed are too much, please disengage with the conversation and reconnect with things that ground you (your support network, favorite activity, breathing exercises and such).
With all that said, we're excited to learn more about you through this first question.

So, let's get to know each other better! To do that, every Friday of this upcoming month, we will be posting a question where the Try Antics team will be actively participating and responding to what you feel comfortable in sharing.
This is an open and accepting space! Please help us to maintain that by sharing what you feel comfortable with and responding respectfully.
