We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a busy intermodal account running Rail-to-Rail and Rail-to-Customer freight. This is a mixed workflow (XT / Local / Regional) position — steady freight for drivers who want to work and make money.

This account is Home Daily with consistent year-round work.

💰 PAY & STATUS
• Average Take-Home: $1,300 – $1,800+ per week
• 1099 Position
• Paid Orientation

🔹 DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 Years Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 Months Intermodal Experience
• Must have experience with: BNSF, CSX, CN, CP, NS, UP
• Must be able to work minimum 5 full days per week
• 6th day optional for extra income
• Must be willing to run local AND regional lanes
• No lane restrictions or picky drivers — this is a mixed operation
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Clean record required
• No DUI
• No SAP

• Efficiently enter and exit rail yards
• Properly secure containers and chassis
• Perform PTI thoroughly before dispatch

• Pre-plan to meet customer appointment times

Bonuses & Incentives

Weekly Performance Bonus

Earn $100 per week for working six full days or reaching $6,000 in weekly gross.

Annual Safety Bonus

After 53 weeks of employment, receive an annual bonus equal to your average weekly paycheck for the year.

These roles involve a mix of local and regional runs within a 50-300 mile radius. Our drivers average a weekly take-home pay of $1,350-$2,000.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of CDL experience with a background in rail work, specifically with CSX, NS, BNSF, CN, CP, and Global.
* A clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years.
* No DUI or SAP programs.
* Willingness to work a minimum of 5 days per week, with the ability to commit to 60-70 hours weekly.
* Ability to haul 40”-53” containers, re**er containers, Amazon Relay, and dry vans.
* Strong work ethic and communication skills, including providing ETAs, submitting BOLs, PODs, J1s, and container pictures to keep dispatchers informed.

Safety:
* Proficiency in using ELD devices and understanding Hours of Service regulations, including updating forms and chassis movement.
* Completion of thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
* Ensuring equipment is in good working condition and reporting any wear and tear to the operations manager for scheduled maintenance during 34hr resets.
* Must be able to read, speak, and write English and know how to use a phone for work.
