More icy goodness from recent memories

It is still a little chilly here, but it is good to put that in perspective and think back to last month when there was still ice on the lake.

Check out this website we built for The Maine Conversation - a new podcast all about Maine and the people who live there.

The podcast was started by my client, Emily, who recently relocated to Maine. Her journey has some parallels to my journey to Vermont so it was fun working with her at this particular moment in our lives.

She commissioned an illustration for the homepage from a Maine-based artist and we used the illustrations throughout the site.

One of our inspirations for the website style was the book Blueberries for Sal by Robert McCloskey, which we both loved as children. Do you remember that book? It is beautifully illustrated and the story is based in Maine so it was a fitting reference for this project.
