🔥ChilaNachos Rojos
Nachos + chilaquiles, the best of both worlds combined and the breakfast of campeones. Totopos in red sauce, topped with carne asada, refried beans, Chihuahua cheese + sauce, queso fresco, sour cream, onion + cilantro, and a fried egg for the cherry on top.

We like to go upstream and against the current, just like the salmon. This delicious crispy crusted salmon taco is topped with our house red cabbage + carrot slaw and finished off with our house chipotle mayo and tartar sauces. Enjoy the vortex!
🐷Taco Cochinita
Back by popular demand! The queen bee of kick-nalga tacos. She’s been around since before your ma’s ma, and before her ma’s ma and her ma’s ma. Cochinita pibil is an iconic dish of Yucatan. The pork pibil is slow cooked for hours wrapped around banana leaves until it is fragrant and melts at the prick of a fork. It is then wrapped in tortilla along with searing-hot salsa habanera and pink pickled onions. Ay caray and oh dear!

Take your carne asada to the next level with this crispy quesadilla wrapped around juicy grilled carne asada and topped with creamy guacamole, salsa, onion and cilantro. It’s fantastic. Why vampira? Skirt steak grilled along with onions, then blasted with mojo de ajo—an oil dressing common in Veracruz charged with garlic, Mexican oregano and orange. Loaded on warm corn tortillas and topped with salsa, showcasing the serrano’s fierce heat and green pepper flavor. Ping! Ping! Ping! Wachale!

Hey! Remember the Tacos Gobernadora you tried a few weeks ago? We’re bringing them back this Sunday! But not just that... this coming Sunday we’re having a Domingo de Ramos Taco Special!

Our street style version of Tacos Gobernador….only better (insert wink here). Corn tortillas dunked in our garlic guajillo sauce, lightly fried for that crunchy taste, then loaded with fresh grilled shrimp, chorizo, and melted cheese and more!
🔥Tacos Vampira: Our version of Taco Vampiro 😈 here we go again...This grilled quesadilla wrapped around juicy grilled carne asada and topped with creamy guacamole and other deliciousness deserves to be immortal.
🔥Tacos Volcán al Pastor: Juicy pork al pastor and oozy quesillo... ufff the perfect combo!
