There's an exciting transformation underway at the Leon Hotel in Lincoln Park. Situated at 2701 N Clark Street, this beautiful old building is being revitalized into 25 new apartment units, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedrooms.
The renovation will also introduce some vibrant retail and restaurant spaces on the ground floor, and make it a hub for community interaction.
With a projected cost of $4 million, this project will be interesting to follow. I love to see an old, historic Chicago building revitalized and I can't wait to see the finished units!

Hi Everyone!
I wanted to tell you about some changes on the horizon for Illinois housing. 🏡
Governor JB Pritzker has a new plan which aims to tackle the housing shortage by loosening zoning restrictions and allowing for more multi-unit developments like four-flats and accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
As anyone currently looking at the Chicago real estate market knows, housing inventory is incredibly low, making home-buying out of reach for more and more people. There is a staggering shortage of about 142,000 housing units statewide. Pritzker's initiative could be a game-changer for affordability, especially in high-demand neighborhoods.
Imagine having more options, transforming existing buildings, and allowing more families to stay in our wonderful city!
However, some local leaders are concerned about the impact on their neighborhoods, but the potential for increased housing options is undeniable.
What are your thoughts on these proposed changes? 💬
Let's chat about how this might affect your home-buying process or the value of your property. 773-344-7887

Exciting new developments are underway in Pilsen!
A full building permit has been issued for a new mixed-use project at 2006 S. Blue Island, designed to enhance the neighborhood's vibrant community.
This four-story building will feature nine residential units and 900 square feet of retail space, providing both living and shopping options for residents.
With the addition of four car parking spaces and nine bike parking spaces, this project is set to meet the growing demands of the area.
As Pilsen continues to evolve, this development is a testament to the neighborhood's transformation, supporting local businesses and enriching the community's lifestyle.
What are your thoughts on this new project?
