Project Bridging

Patricia A. Barbee is the Founder and Executive Director of Bridging At Risk Youth Programs, a grassroots nonprofit where the signature program is Project Bridging. Project Bridging is focused on mentoring and empowering disenfranchised girls through leadership development and experiential learning. With a background in education and youth advocacy, she leads with a commitment to equity through empowerment.

The mentees of Project Bridging would like to thank all of those who made sure we made it to this event. Today will be added to the core memory of my girls especially those who want to attend a University and those who love basketball. They were able to see team work and seeing how every second counts especially because the game played into the final seconds. Again thank you all from a happy Executive Director.

Our year-round programming focuses on mental health, confidence, and creating safe spaces for CHIC Girls, and this holiday event brings extra care when many need it most.

At the event, we’ll be giving out gift bags with winter essentials (hats, gloves, chapstick) and planners to support organization and goal-setting. These small items make a big difference for girls facing everyday barriers. Donate today to help us wrap our girls in love this season. 🎁💗
