Sometimes we can get lost in our sauce ... 🤷♂️ And then we get pi**ed at ourselves...
Our focus gets broken - we sat down to get something done and 2 hours later its still not accomplished... 😳
Here is an idea 💡 Keep a post-it close with a list of 'to do's'. Add to the list as things come to your mind instead of leaving what you were working on before you accomplished the task at hand. Once you are done, cross your completed task off the list and move on to the next!
Set a goal to get a certain number of things accomplished each day...once you hit it, reward yourself with something because 😜
