If you run a roofing company, you already know insurance jobs and retail jobs are two completely different businesses.
Most roofing companies try to market to both at the same time.
In most cases, you're just spreading your budget thin and not doing either one well.
We figure out which one drives your business before we spend a dollar.
Other agencies run ads for "roofing companies."
We run ads for YOUR roofing company.
There's a difference. 👇
Insurance leads and retail leads don't think the same way, search the same way, or convert the same way.
We learn which jobs you actually want before we spend a dollar of your budget.
That's the difference between a marketing agency and a marketing partner. 🤝

Most roofers overcomplicate local SEO.
Start with these 4 fundamentals to start generating more organic leads.
Drop a comment or message if you have any questions.
Most contractors don’t have a lead problem, they have a visibility problem.
If you’re not showing up locally, you’re handing jobs to your competitors.
👉 These are simple things you can implement right now:
• Optimize your Google Business Profile: Fully complete it, dial in your description (who, what, where, why), and consistently add photos and post updates.
• Collect reviews consistently: Ask after every job and set up automations to make it effortless.
• Build local service pages: Create pages for each core service in cities within about 30 miles. Keep every page unique.
• Get listed everywhere that matters: Yelp, BBB, and niche directories like Thumbtack, Houzz, BuildZoom, etc.
âš« This is just the foundation, local SEO goes much deeper than this.
But if you’re not doing these, you’re already behind.
Simple. Consistent. Effective.
🤔 If you have questions, send a message or drop a comment.

🚨 Roofers, this is costing you jobs and you don't even know it.
When a homeowner needs a roof, they don't just call you.
They go on Google, fill out a form on 3-4 different roofing websites, and then wait.
Whoever calls them back first… gets the job.
That's it.
Not the cheapest. Not the most experienced.
The fastest.
Most roofers call back hours later. Some don't call until the next day.
By then? That homeowner is already getting measured by your competitor.
Here's the simple fix:
When someone fills out your form or sends a message, call them back within 5 minutes.
Even just a text saying "Hey, got your message, will call you shortly!" puts you ahead of 90% of roofers out there.
That's not marketing.
That's just being first.
👇 How long does it usually take your team to follow up with a new lead?

Your website looks fine. Your work is great. So why aren't organic leads coming in? 🤔
Google is running a trust check on your site right now.
It's called E-E-A-T.
And most contractors are failing it without even knowing.
Here's what it means and how to fix it:
→ Experience: Show the work. Real photos. Real projects. Real results. Share your personal takes. AI can't fake that. You can.
→ Expertise: Don't just say what to do. Explain why it works. Go deeper than your competitors.
→ Authoritativeness: Are credible sites mentioning you? Linking to you? That's how Google knows you're the real deal.
→ Trustworthiness: Reviews front and center. Phone number easy to find. Site looks clean and legit. No trust = no leads.
Google is using this to separate real businesses from the noise.
The contractors on page 1?
They're not better than you.
They just nailed this first.

Contractors that are running Google Ads! Read this.
If you think your 200+ reviews and 4.9 rating have earned you a permanent seat at the top of the Google Map Pack, be careful.
You’re idling.
In 2026, Google doesn’t just rank you on the quantity of your past wins. It ranks you on your pulse.
The "new guy" with 80 reviews can outrank a veteran with 200 if he has higher Review Velocity.
The Reality:
If you’re getting 1 review a month while your competitor is getting 3 a week, Google’s algorithm sees them as the "active" authority and you as the "stagnant" legacy.
Solution:
Ask for reviews after every job if you’re certain the client is happy.
Don’t wait 2 weeks after the job is finished, ask them on the spot at the post project inspection!

Leads don’t go cold overnight. They go cold in minutes, and the business that responds first usually wins. Many teams blame marketing, but the real bottleneck is often speed to lead.
