IndusTRY Talks: Ryan Oliver at Indy Type Shop

The typewriter community is full of cool people who specialize in even cooler work. Come meet some of them through IndusTRY Talks: a meet & greet/chill with the greats. This month, we’re welcoming Ryan Oliver.
Ryan Oliver is an author, actor, special fx artist, filmmaker, and a journeyman artist hailing from Chicago. Some notable screen acting credits include roles in Chicago Fire, Power Book IV: Force, The Chi, and Curse of the Sin Eater. As a filmmaker, he has directed experimental shorts, the films Air Conditions (2012), Restoration (2014), and several music videos for bands such as Macabre, The Atlas Moth, Child Bite, Bill and Phil, and Lair of the Minotaur.
Oliver’s latest venture is as a graphic novel writer, founder, and independent publisher of Blind Cyclops Books. To date, the BCB library holds five unique titles with more to follow.
