- The fight for a new inventory - Amazon has started showcasing brand logos within its search bar
✅ Now we can see brand thumbnails related to the searched keyword at the bottom of the search results (before hitting on enter)
✅ Clicking on the thumbnails will take the customer to the respective brand store page
✅ 12 brands are currently showcased at the bottom with a scroller
✅ Its seen in US region as of now, currently not seen on mobile devices
✅ Wrong spellings isn't showing the same results
✅ There's no "Sponsored" tag currently, but we are hoping to see one soon
✅ The logos shown aren't the top 12 brands according to BSR, neither are they being pulled from the featured brands from the category page.

New feature - Theme Based Bid Suggestions for SP

Amazon launched a new bid suggestion update called as "Theme based bid suggestion".

What is this?

👉Theme-based bid suggestions delivers suggestions and impact metrics for multiple themes, allowing you to choose a bid from a theme that is best aligned with your campaign.

👉The first theme released offers bid suggestions to generate sales, and the impact metrics are weekly clicks and purchase orders received by similar products.

How its different from current bid suggestion?

👉The current bid suggestion service provides bids with no supporting impact metrics. Theme-based bid suggestions provides bids along with historic impact metrics of weekly clicks and purchase orders to provide guidance on which bid to choose.

Notes?

👉Current bid service will be deprecated, before that amazon will provide months of advance notice.

👉Theme-based bid suggestions supports both new campaigns and existing campaigns. Bids that are already set in campaigns will not be impacted by the new suggestions.

My Thoughts?

This will improve the suggested bids as its using historical data. Currently its in beta stage. Excited to test this new feature.
