In the past Real Estate agents, Tower Inspectors, and Construction Surveyors were unsure just how qualified Amateur UAV/UAS Pilots were prior to service. With clearly defined rules under article 107 we can all rest at ease that professional qualified Pilots have landed in the Midwest! A FAA Article 107 certificate is required to commercially operate UAV/UAS equipment.
