Too often we struggle with making people happy. We have to put that focus on ourselves first. I believe once you are happy and loving yourself the right way, it'll be effortless to show happiness and love to someone else. It's alright to be selfish sometimes.

Often I will say that the only person you need is you. This is not really accurate. We are human and sometimes we need help. There's nothing wrong with needing someone. In life we tend to get through things and we think that we have done it alone, but that's not true either. There's someone that's helped. It doesn't matter how beneficial we think they are. Sometimes a complete stranger can help you through something. We have to get used to giving people their credit. Just as we deserve out credit, others deserve theirs as well. Let's not take each other for granted. Let's build, reassure and affirm.

We live in a world where racism exist and is obvious, but racists people want you to keep it a secret. Racists hide behind politics and try to use everything you say against you. Like you're "playing" victim. We're not victims, we just don't have a problem calling out your racism.

The truth is everyone cares about the type person you are. They will make their own judgments and some people views will be different. That's why it's very important to be the type of person that you want to be. In today's society we allow too many things change the way that we speak, act, vote and think. When you grow yourself to be who you want to be, we remove the possibility of being who someone else wants us to be. At the end of the day the only approval you need is your own.

This life you were born with does not have to be the life you die with. Improvements can be made anytime you choose. Don't let anyone decide your destiny. Create it yourself.

This has been a difficult time for a lot of families with losing family members for whatever reason. Stand tall and lean on people you're close to. There is nothing wrong with showing emotion

What's your strength? If you can't answer that question that, it's time to do some soul searching. We all have gifts, talents and strengths. Use it, that's what it's made for.

Life is not always what you make. There will be some bumps in the road. It will be about how you handle those bumps

I was built for this life. It doesn't matter how difficult it can and will be. Its tailor-made just for me and I'm going to use it to my advantage.
