26 years of moving dirt teaches you things no classroom ever could.

I didn’t get into excavation to find life lessons. I got into it to build something. But somewhere between the broken equipment, the surprise rock ledges, the jobs that humbled me and the ones that made me proud — I realized this work was teaching me every single day.

This is why we do what we do.
