LCCC Information Technology Pathway

This semester we had a lot to celebrate - our students earned 71 professional certifications! 🥳

The end of each semester brings one of the best moments to be IT faculty: We get to celebrate with our students who stop by to show off their newest certifications. This year I decided to lean into feeling like a proud parent, and thankfully a few of our students went along with posing with their results. Congrats to Laura, Isabelle, and Daryl (pictured) and all our other pathway students who have some exciting updates to their resumes!

We are accepting applications for our FREE summer bootcamps for a few more days. Apply soon to secure your spot!

What will you during the bootcamps?
• Practice ethical hacking by infiltrating databases and web servers.
• Configure a Minecraft server from the ground up.
• Use a soldering iron to create custom IoT badges and program simple circuits.
• Learn how to properly set up and safely break WiFi networks.

David W. joined more than a hundred future LCCC students to begin prepping for the Fall 2026 semester. Welcome to the IT Pathway's incoming class of 2028! 🦅

Congrats to our very own Jasmine Varos! She was recognized by LCCC's Care Team for going above and beyond to support our students and getting them connected to needed resources.

Jasmine is a part of our IT Faculty team and teaches operating systems to first semester students.

Got a teen that's curious about technology? We are hosting high schoolers and recent grads this summer for free IT bootcamps!

That's a wrap on our first TEKCON! Thanks to the team in green for making this event happen! This group of faculty and students volunteered on Friday and Saturday (and lots and lots of hours leading up to the event) to showcase tech in the Front Range.
