The homeowner built this deck about 10 years ago. It was the first deck they built as a DIY project. They got some steps of the build backwards. As a result, the railings have become prematurely warped over time. They aren’t in a place for a re-build, but I can help them stabilize the railings and improve the look of the deck. We will also get some lattice around the bottom to fully hide the old patio beneath. This home is over 110 years old!
