So what brought a New York girl to Virginia? We moved here from New York after September 11th to help my husband fulfill his dream of being in law enforcement.
He was past the 35 age limit in NY, so we found another state that had no age barrier, one that I loved. My uncle was in the Navy and we had come down to Virginia Beach all the time growing up and I loved it. It was really like a second home. When we came down here, it took us one year to find a house. I researched the area from top to bottom. I felt I might be able to help others with everything
