I used your E-mail form cause I wanted to know when a $521.82 purchase could be ready, two weeks ago I spent over $400 with you, $190.00 just in Venison. But you had no Beef at that time.
Didn't want to waste a trip from Chatsworth.
I'm Picky and Hard to please with meat.

The same argument happens to this day...
It's just...not worth it.

Nobody deserves it more!

What the JBS cyberattack means for meat supply
If you have a BBQ coming up in the next few weeks you may want to stock up on your meat soon!

What the JBS cyberattack means for meat supply Some shoppers may want to brace themselves for yet another possible supply crunch — this time with meat.
Just finished making some pretty awesome chorizo with spices from Bloomington Spice works and a little tequila. Stop by and grab some to enjoy on taco Tuesday! 🌮

Starting immediately, if we are not provided 48 hours notice of cancelation for beef or pork slaughter dates you will be charged $100 per beef or $50 per hog.
If you do not want to pay the fee that's fine, but in that case all of your future dates will be removed from our calendar.
We are doing this because we have a very long list of customers trying to get animals on our books and when farmers don't show up for their dates those are empty slots that can not be filled day of which is a disservice to every farmer desperate to get their livestock in.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
We have lifted our 10# limit on ground beef. Thanks to everyone for your patience!
P.S.A. If you are a customer with slaughter dates on our schedule please make sure to call us if you need to cancel.
It is your responsibility to know when you need to have your livestock here, and if you don't remember or are not sure because you made them so long ago it is your responsibility to call us and confirm. If you miss your appointment we can not guarantee that we will be able to get you in anytime soon due to the other days also being full.
If you need to cancel for any reason you must contact us and let us know. We have a list of customers a mile long who are desperate to get their animals butchered, those family farms are the ones who are being hurt by these actions.
We are doing everything we can to help the local community of livestock farmers during these unprecedented times, we will be working very long hours for the foreseeable to do as much as we can. But we are unable to help if we are not able to get them scheduled because the books are full only for people to not show or cancel the day of leaving empty slots that could have been filled.
Please be considerate so we can all get through this with each others help. Thank you.

We were just informed today of an issue involving a person selling slaughter slots for livestock at our plant.
We DO NOT condone this.
If anyone hears about this we urge you to contact us with the name or names of those involved so we can remove them from our books entirely.
While we feel for everyone during this time, the bottom line is that we are full and overbooked.
We are unable to honor any "swaps" or changes to our slaughter schedule without our staff giving the ok and speaking to both parties BEFORE the date of the appointment.
If anyone shows up to drop off livestock and they are not on the books they will be turned away.
If anyone attempts to drop off more than they scheduled all their future dates will be canceled.
We are doing everything in our power to help the community during this time. While we have always bent in the past to make it happen for our customers, unfortunately due to the actions of some we are now forced to take hard line stances with this and are unable to bend any more.
Thank you for your help and understanding.
