Walk and Wag for Veterans

Adapt TS will be participating in the 'Walk and Wag for Veterans' hosted by Operation Delta Dog, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to rescue shelter dogs and train them to work as service dogs for disabled veterans who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This event will take place on Saturday, November 5th at Great Brook Farm State Park in Carlisle, MA starting at 11am. We are excited to raise awareness and funds for this great cause!!

Adapt ABA has opened an adult day program in Chelmsford, MA! Our program is run by a team of clinicians and educators, who want to enhance the state of services for adults on the autism spectrum.

Our program offers 1:1 and group instruction to support individuals in achieving their adulthood goals. We provide job training, life skills, social, and coping skill training to help individuals increase independence and integrate into the community.

Adapt ABA enjoyed a “Friendmas” outing today!

Adapt ABA practices the "Happy, Relaxed, Engaged" (HRE) philosophy. With this approach, we strive to continually learn about the individual being served, so that we are able to create an environment which supports the development of socially significant skills. We learn by listening to what interfering behaviors are telling us, creating an environment where an individual feels safe and in control, letting the individual take the lead in the process, and empowering them to engage in behaviors which maximize their contact with reinforcement.
