Congratulations to the Tennessee Welcome Centers. All sixteen are Certified Tennessee Green Hospitality. This includes the original 14 certified three years ago and the two newest just certified. To the best of our knowledge, no other state has 100% of its Welcome Centers certified "Green" through an independent certification program. To be certified, every welcome center undergoes a rigorous, on-site audit which includes a plan to continuously improve.
Tennessee Green Hospitality is an independent Environmental Sustainability program provided to the Tennessee hospitality industry through The Tennessee Hospitality and Tourism Association.
