Flashback Friday — visiting Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona Pavilion designed for the 1929 International Exposition. Constructed almost 100 years ago, the pavilion still seems so contemporary as does the metal and leather Barcelona chair. Check out the last two photos which show guests at the pavilion — don’t they look like they are in a time warp?

I love statement lighting and one of my favorites is the Hadley Hanging Pendant from — it packs a punch in ivory or green. And the star details are fabulous.

Visited the DC yesterday. Great panel discussion with , , and . Grabbed lots of samples and met some great new vendors!
