VaAGC Reproductive Freedom Statement:

Reproductive freedom is a necessary part of equitable, safe, and conscientious health care. VaAGC has extended the due date for proposals for this year’s Student Research Awards 🎉The purpose of the VAAGC Student Research Award is to support quality graduate-level research that supports the VAAGC vision. 📣📣📣 In the next few months, several of the current VaAGC officers and board members will complete their terms in office. We are seeking nominations for the positions listed below. Each position has a two year term and positions are open to any full VaAGC member. Additional information about these positions may be found in the VaAGC organization bylaws, on the VaAGC website. Please email [email protected] with your nominations by March 21, 2022. We look forward to welcoming those interested in serving our Virginia genetic counselors!

The VaAGC board has been considering starting a book club for our membership! This has been well-received among genetic counselors of other groups and we wanted to offer a similar opportunity to our members.
