LeaderSurf is a unique leadership development program that enhances leadership capability while teaching participants how to surf.
LeaderSurf is leadership development done differently. Unlike traditional leadership programs that take place in a classroom or a conference room, LeaderSurf takes participants on a week long leadership adventure to Playa Santana, Nicaragua. The program combines leadership development, executive coaching, humanitarian aid, team building and surfing lessons. Participants are pushed out of their comfort zone and into the learning zone.

Surfing is the metaphor and the cherry on top not the core of the program which is focused on enhancing leadership capability.

Pushing stereotypes aside and helping leaders draw their own conclusions is part of what I do for work. Last week my wife, Brita and I spent a week vacationing in El Salvador. It was a magical experience which provided great insights and reflections. We loved El Salvador and especially the pride that the El Salvadorians have in their country's transformation.
