Celebrating my 1-Year work anniversary. Feeling thankful for this

One year ago, I launched TrackPay Solutions with a simple goal of helping organizations navigate complex Workday deployments with the kind of partnership, accountability, and ex*****on they deserve.

As I reflect on this first year, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities, relationships, and partnerships that have made this journey possible.

One milestone I’m especially proud of was leading the Absence Management workstream for a large healthcare organization supporting 59,000+ employees.

Alongside an incredible team, we successfully:
• Led cross-functional design workshops and solution alignment sessions
• Delivered Workday and UKG integration design documentation
• Configured complex absence plans, accrual rules, and payroll aligned processes
• Executed more than 800 absence related end to end test scenarios with a 99.6% pass rate
• Reached end to end testing design sign-off with no open items, no active defects, and no change requests outstanding

To every client, colleague, partner, and supporter, thank you for being part of this first year!

I’m excited for what’s ahead as TrackPay Solutions continues to grow, strengthen partnerships, and help organizations deploy successful Workday WFM/Payroll solutions.

Six months in… and still just getting warmed up.

When I started TrackPay Solutions, there was no big launch, no flashy marketing. Just a simple idea: be the Workday partner organizations wish they had from day one.

Fast-forward six months.

One of the largest healthcare organizations in the country sent this feedback recently while implementing Absence Management:
