1) Anterior Core ie Rollouts (Hold that posterior pelvic tilt)
2) Posterior Chain ie Trap Bar Deadlift (Keep that spine neutral)
3) Incline Push ie Landmine Press (Brace your abs/elbows in)
4) Incline Pull ie Half-Kneeling Pulldowns (Keep those shoulders out of your ears)
5) Quad Dominant ie Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats (Think quads)
6) Obliques ie One Arm Suitcase Carry (Avoid leaning excessively)
“Cardio” is good and feels great because the sweat faucets turn on instantaneously. However, strength training is by far the best and most efficient use of your time in the gym. Muscles require so much more energy behind the scenes to repair and rebuild themselves. Stay consistent and train with intention and I promise you’ll conquer the world😜💪🏽
