Happy ½ Birthday to Me!

So, if it’s six months (give or take :-) before your birthday, here’s your chance to elevate your life experience and have some fun.

One of the benefits of my Experiential Life Coaching practice is celebrating ½ birthdays. It’s an opportunity to take a holistic view of your life experience, check-in with personal/business goals, and generate some LifeProfit by trying a new experience oh and eating cake!

As for me, this year I’m walking in the desert!. As I dig my feet in the sand (taking a selfie) and look up at the horizon, I’m thankful for the courage to pursue a memorable and fulfilling life with the support of my family, friends, clients, colleagues, and those whom I’ve yet to meet that will add value to my journey.

I’m present in recognizing that life is fluid and that the process, commitment, and enjoyment of achieving my goals is what matters. It provides the stage for life to unfold and opportunities to build a wealth of life experiences.

Happy ½ birthday to all of you out there, and make life memorable.
