Why hire a life coach? What is a good life coach?
I am a life coach, (until I can come up with a better title!), not a therapist. But I can work with you, supporting you and what you want to create for your life! A good life coach will not tell you what to do. I would, however, be great at asking you some questions so that you can write some new chapters for your life!
Are there some great things happening in your life? Is it all good? Not always. It can be scary to undergo life changes. A good coach can help you navigate through them.
Are there some not so great things happening in your life? A life coach will be compassionate and provide a safe place to help you through those tough times.
