Still, I’ll always appreciate beautiful architecture - understated and restrained.

On site today at the future BRANHAM HALL development, envisioning how months of planning and teamwork are beginning to take shape. This development will be a beautiful addition to the Cotswold neighborhood and to the families who will one day call it home.

Timeless architecture, private living, and curated outdoor living with beautiful landscaping are all coming together on this special piece of land. Excited to watch this vision continue to come to life in the heart of Cotswold.

Rubble footings ROCK! The lateral stability of these old school rubble footings and masonry piers proved to be impressive. The renovated portion of this building’s foundation washed away in the flooding from Hurricane Helene while the these piers remained intact. As seen, the soil around these rubble footings washed away too.
