The reason I haven't been posting about bikes lately. Repairing fire damage.

Top motor mount in place, chain mocked up for clearance. Next move is to break it down for final welding then prime and paint.

My favorite daughter Meg and her partner in crime Tom got me an engraved Yeti cup for Christmas/ birthday this year. She is one of my favorite people ever and this was very thoughtful of her. Feeling quite posh with my own engraved cup. Furniture in the background is covered because we had a fire that wrecked the living room and we are repairing for the next few months.

To everyone out there, no matter your faith, flavor, preference or position, have a great holiday season. Take a minute to remember the ones we lost or lost track of and remember the important ones are the ones that are still here. Do your best. Take care of you and yours. I'm taking a break from the keyboard for a while to remind myself what and who makes this life fun for me. All the best to you.

Went with the angled turnout pipes, halfway between leaf blowers that face straight down and soccer mom busters that face horizontally outward. Equal length as well.

Went with a more traditional looking setup on the pipes. 1&3/4" stainless. I may do a turnout end on them. Up at 4:45 this morning to get these done. Thanks to all who ordered or already received the KZ 750 twin chopper frames. I've sold nearly a dozen in a month. I didn't know they would be so popular. Merry Christmas y'all.

Had to get up at 5AM to get some time on the Sporty chopper. Fabbed up the front pipe in stainless Will get up early tomorrow to do the back pipe.

Starting to plan out the stainless exhaust. I can't do just regular looking pipes, probably will run one on each side.

Seat/ fender/ sissy bar needs to be right since I carry all my sh*te strapped to the bar. The front fin keeps the luggage from tearing up the paint.

Going with twin Dyna coils instead of the stock ones. Custom bracket.

39 years ago today I made the best decision ever. Still together and she says it was never boring.
