Anyone with plans for spending time at the beach this summer?

The 2020 beach-vacation season is just around the corner. If you plan on going to the ocean then reserve soon. The better properties go quickly.

With so SO many wonderful restaurants in the Myrtle Beach-area, Especially in the North Myrtle Beach/Cherry Grove Beach area.

So, there is no sound reason to visit "dirty" restaurants. Here are a few of the Myrtle Beach area restaurants that scored low on a recent health inspection:

Good Time Charley’s at Broadway at the Beach scored 83 percent during a routine inspection on Aug. 7

CiCi’s Pizza, at 3533 Northgate Road, was given an 81 percent score during a routine inspection on Aug. 9.

Sakura Hibachi, at 523 Highway 17 N., scored 83 percent during a routine inspection on Aug. 8

Checkers, at 541 Seaboard St. in the Walmart Supercenter, scored an 84 percent on a routine inspection on Aug. 6

Mon Cafe Japan, at 2734A Beaver Run Road, scored 73

June through August has nearly rented out. Each condo has one to two weeks open this summer. Are you ready?

We decided that it would be better for our frequent beach house guest to replace them now and not wait until they failed somewhere over the next 3 to 6 years.

We just pulled and replaced the HVAC in both beach houses.
