One of a kind hand carved wooden superheroes and villains. Get yours today! For too long he had toiled in anonymity.

He had always come in second to his “cleverly creative” wife. It was with a new daily regime of 2-3 pots of coffee followed by a prescribed amount of Zoloft, that this mild mannered (and shaky) man had discovered the Riddle of Steel! Armed with a knife and a piece of wood he would (ha!) start whittling away the excess to reveal creations of his childhood and current heroes.

Pulled out my old Warhammer models to show the kids. Crazy to think I painted these over 20 years ago.

Here is huge friggin Hellboy all painted and stained. Just an absolute blast to do and pushed my little hands to the end. I am working on some other things than moving on to a series of characters from current HOT book. Should be an exciting week. #28205

For some strange reason I decided to try and carve a giant Hellboy tonight. I did it and I can't feel my hands.... It looks awesome and I can't wait to paint it. . #28205

Here is a tiny grumpy Dredd. Love his scowl and wish I could do it the proper justice. Excited to stain this one tomorrow night.

Here is the old man Yondu painted. Turned out cool!

Finally kicking this sickness and it feels good to get back to doing some stuff. This is a character I have tried multiple times and just wasn't happy with how it turned out. This one, however, is pretty darn cool. Of course it is Yondu from Guardians of the Galaxy. He was my favorite character from the second movie and I am so happy to finally have a piece that I am good with.

Here is the latest commission, the Red Hood. Super fun to do and is a character that I never thought to do before. I was reading the current story line for a bit and am know interested in going back to it to see how it is going. #28205

The streets of Bludhaven shall be safe once more thanks to this little guy, Nightwing. This shall be going to a good home at the end of the week. We will miss you Mr. Wing.

Here is the first of my holiday commissions. It is of course, Nightwing! One of my favorite comics from my early 20's. Chuck Dixon wrote an incredible story and was stunning with the art. We always talked about how he always drew the best broken glass. It really is the little things that make some stories stand out against others. Anyhoo, here it is unpainted!
