Summer Instructions:
1) Take your clothes off!!!
2) Enjoy a long bath or shower with a luxurious soap bar or bath salts from RITUAL.
3) Eat fresh fruit. Preferably non gmo. (Pictured below: "Ascension" and "BlueGrass" in scooped out papaya.)
4) Inhale. Exhale. Dance. From this point forward, clothing optional.
