The older I get, the more I try to remind myself of this. Problems, big and small, come along almost every day. It’s so tempting to make mountains out of every. little. thing! 😵‍💫 I encourage you to look back on the “big problems” you have faced over the years. How did you react? Did it affect your mental health or relationships? Was it worth the stress? For me, I find that over time those problems weren’t worth the attention I gave them. Today, look for peace and perspective in the day-to-day stresses of life. We were made for so much more!! 💙
