Some people step in quietly and still leave a lasting impact.

Over the last few weeks, we were grateful to have our floating property manager, Walter Ravizee, supporting the team here at Willow Ridge while Lenee enjoys maternity leave. From helping residents to encouraging the staff, his presence truly made a difference.

Today was his last day with us, and we’re sending him off with appreciation, safe travels, and best wishes on his next assignment.

Thank you for stepping in when needed and serving with a smile. Willow Ridge appreciates you more than you know. Waving goodbye today, but wishing you nothing but success ahead.

This year’s “Saddle Up” theme brought teams together for an unforgettable week filled with inspiring speakers, meaningful connections, creativity, and collaboration. From learning and growing together to even writing songs as a team, it was a true celebration of the culture that makes PRG so special.

While our Property Manager, Lenee Easter, couldn’t attend as she’s currently enjoying maternity leave, this recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of management. And thank you to the residents for your valuable feedback❤️

This week, the Willow Ridge team stepped outside the office and into the community to celebrate Earth Day in a meaningful way. 🌎

We spent time volunteering along the beautiful Marsh Park Little Sugar Creek Greenway, helping preserve and uplift a space that brings nature, education, and connection together. From vibrant artwork showcasing butterflies and moths of the Carolinas to the scenic greenway trails, it was a reminder of how important it is to protect and invest in our environment.

Giving back isn’t just something we say—it’s something we do. And this week, we were proud to do it together.

Fun facts:
1) We were appreciated by the many “thanks yous” and waves from the cyclists!
2) Our Maintenace crew found the trail that led to the back of our property!
3) We’re standing in front of a large honeycomb!
4) We never could figure out what type of red bugs that engulfed the trail!
