Cutting a custom parquet from Prefinished plank is beyond delicate. But the results are crisp and stunning when fabricated correctly. The details are key.

Another consulting project on the books. A 10 day assessment of an incredible factory overseas.

A blast from my past 1992. (Excuse the photos from a poloroid and newspaper feature clip). This is a custom bent laminated, radius, lozenged border. Every piece was individually fabricated and bent to fit - A total of 15 pattern forms to construct the entire radius & 120 hrs. Spieces - Maple, Bloodwood, & American Cherry.

French parquet tiles are timeless. A 36” French Bordeaux with Lapis stone. Elegant in every way.

Northern Character Hickory. A true wood bending nosing, bordering an elegant yet simple unit block parquet, overlooking 14' below the grand entry, mixed with a hickory border, pickets, 15" deep step-down treads, and limestone slabs. (I will add that the 12' door system was imported from a historic 18th-century Frech Cathedral renovation)
