Frozen towels are a great way to cool off and recharge between games, especially in the Florida. Prep these towels the night before and throw them in your cooler with your water and snacks.

Pickleball has introduced me to so many amazing people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. I am grateful for the many beginner and improving players I get to work with every week, but I am especially proud to be a volunteer coach for Special Olympics. Take nothing for granted. Give back when you can. You just might bring a little joy into the world.
