Back home! Those TSA lines in SJU were NO JOKE. 2 hours in line. We had a great time! Sadly our sweetest boy Zeus needed to go over the rainbow bridge the day before we left. We really needed these moments to ease us through the sadness. Time to think about the next vacay 😅.

Old San Juan and Castillo San Cristobal. I was way more impressed than I expected to be. Both places are absolutely magical.

Spent the morning exploring the beautiful El Yunque National Rainforest in Puerto Rico. Reminded me very much of our North Carolina mountains. 🩷

One of my 2026 goals is to squash my anxiety about taking Mason places. Managed to do that today! He joined girls day with Bekah and was so chill! Proud of us both 🥰. Also x in Concord is such a vibe. Give me all the decor.

Damn, what a book. Absolutely recommend to anyone who loves a non-fiction read full of adventure and thought provocation. There are some dated, rough, opinions…but reminders of how far we have come. For the most part this book is full of ideas insanely relative to today’s society. You may have never stepped foot in the magnificent desert, but you’ll leave Desert Solitaire behind with imagery so real you feel you have. ❤️‍🔥
