Macros (whole pint, depending on protein powder):
π₯ Ryse Peanut Butter - 274 cal | 44g protein | 11g carbs | 5g fat
π¬ CSE Peppermint - 225 cal | 40g protein | 10g carbs | 2g fat
YES β thatβs for the entire pint π±π
Ingredients:
π₯ Β½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
π₯ Β½ cup fat-free Fairlife milk
π₯£ Β½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
π¬ 1β2 tsp Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
πͺ 1 serving protein powder
π« Optional mix-ins: Skinny Dipped, Lilyβs sugar-free chocolate chips, fresh fruit, etc
Directions:
1οΈβ£ Mix everything together.
2οΈβ£ Freeze for 24 hours. If an ice cream bump forms on top, add a splash of hot water & scrape down.
3οΈβ£ Blend on βLight Ice Creamβ setting.
4οΈβ£ Scrape sides, no extra milk needed, then click βRe-spin.β
5οΈβ£ Add mix-ins and hit βMix-inβ button π«

- 0 g Added Sugar

Was CRAVING a peppermint mocha on Christmas morning. I had an idea and boy was it yummy. Espresso, peppermint syrup, and protein hot chocolate!!! SOO good ππβοΈ 20 grams of protein for 130 calories ππΌ
