It is not as hard as you think! If you have a twenty-minute commute and a goal to workout thirty-minutes everyday, well then…you have the time!
I ride my bike 5+miles to the studio and then 5+miles home. I get to work and I get an hour workout in. Plus all that sunshine and outdoor time everyone says we need!
Start small. Think of ways to add it to your routine, I promise you can!

It CAN happen.
This is a true story that I heard from a mother during the last Get Empowered! Self-Defense workshop I led.
She told us how she had almost had her car stolen with her baby inside while loading groceries. Her senses told her a man was approaching and thinking quickly she jumped into the passenger side of the car and narrowly was able to lock the car door.
Her now 10 year old daughter was with her at the seminar - safe. Even though, the woman still shook retelling what could have been tragic.
By the end of our time together it was easy to see her fears subside as she and her daughter exercised awareness and deep embodiment of how to be safe, get safe, & stay safe.
It is my mission to make sure as few of these stories need to be retold in the news.
