It's been a while since I posted on this page. I created Small Steps Everyday as a place where people who are suffering and those who care for and love those who are suffering with mental illness can have a place to talk, to be supported, to develop goals and share their struggles. One of the ways I support this community is by volunteering as an educator for the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP). If you are interested in learning more about su***de, how to identify the warning signs, and how to help prevent it, please join me this Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 7pm for our Talk Saves Lives virtual presentation.
