Make sense?
Bottom line is don't be afraid to push yourself harder physically or only think eating "clean whole" foods is enough for weight loss.
Nutrition is king with weight loss, but use your fitness to build sculpt your body + amp up fat burn.

I wanted to talk about this because I see women always starting a new plan, a new workout, always changing their diets, or building new habits without results.
I've been there too, & I know it's so tempting & easy to do. Especially when you don't see any changes.
What I want to say is:
Nothing changes instantly.
Stop chasing quick results & focus long-term. your body will respond over time, not overnight.
Know WHY you're making changes. Blindly adding in supplements or switching without knowing why can be holding you back.
It's not a one and done thing. This is your health and a lifestyle we're building.
How you lose is how you maintain.
