I was at my heaviest weighing 195lbs when I took that first pic on 4/3/22! I was depressed(mainly ppd), ashamed, tired, disgusted and making all the excuses in the world!! I knew how to lose the weight I was just stuck not being able to get started! In the start of April I decided I was no longer going to make excuses and I made the decision to change my life around AGAIN!!!!

Now on 6/23/22 I am down 19lbs and 4 inches in my waist!!! I still have work to do but I am so proud of my progress!!!!

Special shout-out to all of my ladies that joined my accountability chat!!! We really help each other stay motivated and accountable and I am so thankful and grateful for all of you!!!

The mornings in Costa Rica were nothing short of amazing! I took this time to self reflect, redirect my thoughts, set my intentions, remember who I am and just be thankful and grateful for everything! I could wake up like this everyday!
