I have a chef friend looking for some venue’s to pull up and park his food truck if anyone knows any breweries or venue’s looking for food trucks? His entire menu is all-scratch and he sells very tasty wraps and chicken wings. Some of the best sauces and food I’ve ever eaten especially off of a food truck! Comment or dm if anyone has any suggestions. If they are in Charlotte, I will most likely be helping him out depending on the day.

I will be taking orders for pulled pork soon! Let me know if you’d be interested in placing an order in the comments please so I can make sure I plan to cook enough! The side options will include: garlic green beans, baked beans, smoked Mac ‘n cheese, cole slaw, or mixed greens salad. Each plate will come with two sides and bbq sauce ( mustard, ketchup or vinegar based, if you want two, there will be a small upcharge)
