Summit Land Group proposes 281 single-family homes in Lancaster County - Charlotte Business Journal On Tuesday, the Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a preliminary plat approval for a project that calls for the development of 281 homes. The homes would be developed on a 152.4-acre site at the intersection of Van Wyck and Griffin roads.
