Female Vertimax/Volleyball will start back up on Monday April 4th. This is a workout for middle and high school age girls. The workout consists of 30 min of Vertimax training / circuit training and the 30 min of volleyball skills- scrimmage play. This is a workout for all skill levels. Young Hoop Stars is a basketball workout for boys and girls Ages 6-9. If you are interested in learning more about this workout - email [email protected]
