KhatWale provides a very simple but highly unique service. We write personalized letters on your behalf & deliver them wherever you want. Now this is possible in two ways:

A. If you want KhatWale to hand-write & send the letter:

You message us 'a completely drafted letter' > select the type of paper you want > pay the requisite amount in our bank account > then we will handwrite the letter for you & get it delivered.

B. If you want KhatWale to draft, hand-write & send the letter:

You message us a '10 Pointer of your thoughts, so that we can draft a letter for you > we will draft the letter & send it back to you for approval > you approve the letter & send it back to us > select the type of paper you want > pay the requisite amount in our bank account > then we will hand-write the letter for you & get it delivered

Options for letters:
1. The Traditional Postcard - ₹50/-
2. Letter on Coloured paper - ₹99/-
(a) Pastel Green Sheet
(b) Pastel Yellow Sheet

3. Letter on Handmade Sheet - ₹109/-

4. Letter on Three Layered Hexagon Shape Crafted Sheet - ₹119/-

5. Letter on 'KhatWale Special Farman' - ₹149/-

Terms & Conditions:
1. Above mentioned charges are for 'a letter of 1 to 120 words' (For The Traditional Postcard the charge is for 60 words)
2. For every next 1 to 120 words ₹50/- will be charged (not applicable for The Traditional Postcard & KhatWale Special Farman)
3. Charges are for letters drafted by the sender & handwritten by 'KhatWale'.
4. A Premium of ₹50/- will be charged for letter drafted by 'KhatWale'.
5. Above mentioned charges are for a standard delivery [3-4 working days] with a delivery tracking code. [not applicable for The Traditional Postcards].
6. Express delivery [next day delivery] charges - ₹399/-.
7. International delivery charges - ₹599 to ₹999/-
8. The sole right to accept or reject a letter rests with ‘KhatWale’.

The idea behind Khatwale is to bring back the romance of letters. The personal touch & attachment that a real letter, handwritten on a real piece of paper gives, can never be replaced by virtual messaging. So we at ‘Khatwale’ strongly believe that people would still love to receive letters & would cherish reading them, but the problem lies not with ‘receiving & reading’, but with ‘writing & sending’. This is where Khatwale comes in. ‘Team Khatwale’ will write & send personalized HANDWRITTEN letters for you. You can either ‘send us the soft copy of your thoughts & we will draft a letter & send it for you’ or ‘you can draft your own letter & send us the soft copy’, and we will write it & make sure that it is delivered just as you want’.
