Apartment building stepping back as per the site profile creating balconies and terraces.
Small clubhouse on the terrace stands out from the overall profile of the building creating recreational spaces as gym, games and party lawns.

Restoration Project
The challenge was to design a front wall in front of an already built staircase.
The perforated wall creates the effect of light and shadow inside the building.
The grit finished concrete make it economical in terms of maintenance.

The main challenge was to get maximum light inside the building since the house is closed from the 3 sides and only the front side was open.
The House is stepping backwards horizontally as well as vertically forming green terraces as recreational spaces.
